One person reads this inbox. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, and what you tapped right before the problem, and we can usually sort it in one reply.
You can record and transcribe ideas without one. Building hooks and scripts runs through your private account, so the app asks you to sign in with Apple the first time you tap Build hooks. Sign in with Apple is the only login there is; there is no separate password. Nothing is ever posted or shared without you.
Voice and text capture with on-device transcription, 5 ideas, 10 generations, and one full video start to finish. It is a one-time allowance, not a monthly one. Pro adds unlimited ideas and videos, 500 generations a month, every platform, auto-posting and analytics. Studio adds up to 5 brands, client review links, retention rewrites and 1,000 generations a month. A generation is any new idea, hook set, script, reshape, platform adapt, or recording-notes card; editing what you already made is free.
No. The free tier is the trial: voice and text capture, 5 ideas, 10 AI generations, and one full First Cut video, with nothing to cancel. Pro and Studio are billed when you subscribe and renew automatically until cancelled in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Annual plans cost the same as nine months of monthly, so you get 3 months free.
Open any upgrade screen in the app and tap Restore purchases, or go to Personalize → Account. Make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID you bought with.
iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → CreateDeck → Cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Pro and Studio can link social accounts through our posting partner and schedule posts to publish automatically. Accounts connect on the partner's secure page; we never see your social passwords. You can also schedule, get reminders, and post in one tap through the share sheet without connecting any accounts.
Check Personalize → Auto-post to confirm the account is still linked (platforms sometimes revoke access after a password change), then reschedule from the post's Adapt step. If it keeps failing, email us with the platform and the time it was due.
Only when you ask. The first time you schedule a shoot for a future day, the app offers a reminder; from then on it reminds you before shoots you schedule and, if you turn it on, at your best ship times. Everything is switchable in Personalize → Account.
Personalize → Account → Data & Privacy has an export (JSON) and a delete-account action that removes your account and server data. Deleting the app removes the on-device library. You can also email privacy@createdeck.app.
Voice memos and your library live on your iPhone. When you build hooks or scripts, the idea text is sent for generation and not retained for training. The full details are in the Privacy Policy.
Email hello@createdeck.app with what you expected, what happened, your iPhone model and iOS version, and a screenshot if you have one. If a generation failed, tap Try again once first; a failed try never counts against your allowance.
